COACHING
Program

You do not have to walk this journey alone. Outreach’s team of highly trained coaches will walk alongside you as you navigate your goals through the coaching program. Youth in the coaching program will journey together with their peers, benefiting from new experiences, skills, relationships, and opportunities.

Our coaching program will help equip you for a more stable, brighter future.

1:1 Coach Relationship

Youth will begin a dedicated 1:1 relationship with a coach working through goals and core competencies towards stability and life transformation.

Cohort with Peers

Youth will journey together with their coaching peers benefiting from new experiences, skills, relationships, and opportunities.

1:1 COACH RELATIONSHIP
You + Your Coach

Using a goal-orientated coaching approach, youth will meet with their coach 1:1 on a weekly basis. This coaching presence allows youth to lead where they need to grow. Measures of progress will look like a youth harnessing new skills and competencies, having a strong peer network and a plan for the next year of their life. Ultimately, success means you are on a clear path of growth, moving towards achieving goals you and your coach have identified together.

COHORT WITH PEERS
Group Curriculum Experiences

Education, community involvement and service, and therapeutic recreation are the three pillars of the coaching group experiences. These “cohort” activities create an opportunity for peer support, togetherness, and new opportunities for growth for any youth in coaching. Offsite experiences occur twice a month.
