Celebrating Those Who Support Our Youth: Outreach’s Appreciation Breakfast

Outreach Appreciation Breakfast

On February 4th, Outreach hosted its second annual appreciation breakfast at the Crane Bay Event Center—a morning dedicated to celebrating the incredible community that makes our work possible: our donors and volunteers.

At Outreach, our youth and young adults are at the heart of everything we do. Their resilience, dreams, and determination inspire us daily. But no one walks this journey alone. Because of you—our supporters—they have the resources, guidance, and encouragement to take their next steps toward stability and success. You provide more than meals, shelter, or resources—you provide the support system that every young person deserves. This breakfast was our way of offering a small token of appreciation for the immense impact you make.

Andrew Neal, Outreach CEO, shared his gratitude, saying, “The young people we serve are strong, capable, and full of potential. But even the strongest among us need a community to lean on. That’s where you come in. Your generosity, your time, and your belief in them make all the difference. This breakfast was just a small way for us to say thank you, to celebrate what we’ve accomplished together, and to look ahead at the lives we will continue to impact.”

As we reflected on 2024, we celebrated milestones that wouldn’t have been possible without your generosity:

  • 7,488 meals were provided to ensure young people didn’t go hungry

  • 233 youths were housed, giving them a safe place to call home

  • 30 high school graduates overcame challenges to obtain their diplomas

  • Over 1,000 individuals contacted our youth hotline for immediate support

  • 2,351 conversations regarding resource assistance were completed, helping young people navigate employment, education, and basic needs

Each number represents a young person who found support, a future reshaped by compassion. And behind every statistic is someone like you—offering hope, stability, and a reminder that these young people are never alone.

To everyone who has volunteered, donated, or supported our mission in any way: Thank you. Your kindness fuels our work, and we are endlessly grateful.
