"As a volunteer, I come and show up with a spirit of service. I'm not there to try to fix the young adults, I show up to assist and support them through the steps and decisions they make for themselves in the process of housing, sustainability, and at times life skills. They are the experts of their own story and journey.

Experiencing homelessness is not easy. Being homeless can be isolating and often forgotten. People and the system may have let them down in the past. So, I may be the first person that they feel safe with and have built trust and consistency with; someone that truly sees them for who they are, not where they live." – Holly, Outreach Volunteer
